Welcome to Tiny Walnut! By accessing, browsing, or using our Shopify store (hereinafter referred to as "the Store") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not access or use our Store.

1.2 These Terms shall take effect on the date you first access or use our Store, and shall remain in effect during your use of our services. We reserve the right to modify, update or revise these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published on the Store page, and the updated content will take effect on the date of publication. Your continued use of our services after the update shall be deemed as your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 To use some of our services (such as placing orders, tracking orders, and viewing order history), you may need to register a Shopify account or log in through a third-party account (e.g., Google, Facebook). You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration, and promptly update your account information if there are any changes.

2.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for all activities conducted under your account. You shall immediately notify us if you find any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by your failure to protect your account information.
2.2 您獨自負責維護您賬戶和密碼的機密性,以及在您賬戶下進行的所有活動。若您發現您的賬戶被未經授權使用或存在其他安全漏洞,應立即通知我們。因您未妥善保護賬戶信息而造成的任何損失,我們不承擔任何責任。
2.3 You agree not to use another person's account without authorization, and not to create or use an account for any illegal or improper purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate this provision.
2.3 您同意不未經授權使用他人賬戶,也不為任何非法或不當目的創建或使用賬戶。若您違反本條規定,我們有權暫停或終止您的賬戶。

3. Product Information & Orders | 商品信息及訂單

3.1 We strive to ensure that all product information (including product descriptions, prices, sizes, colors, and stock) displayed on the Store is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee that there will be no errors in product information. If there is an error in product price or other key information, we reserve the right to cancel the order or adjust the price, and will notify you in a timely manner.
3.1 我們努力確保本店展示的所有商品信息(包括商品描述、價格、尺寸、顏色、庫存等)準確且及時更新,但我們不保證商品信息沒有任何錯誤。若商品價格或其他關鍵信息存在錯誤,我們有權取消訂單或調整價格,並及時通知您。
3.2 When you place an order on the Store, you are making an offer to purchase the corresponding product in accordance with these Terms. We will confirm the order with you via email (tinywalnut1001@gmail.com) or Shopify message after receiving your order. The order shall take effect only after we confirm it. If the product is out of stock or cannot be provided for other reasons, we will notify you and refund any payment you have made.
3.2 當您在本店下單時,即表示您根據本條款提出購買相應商品的要約。我們在收到您的訂單後,將通過郵箱(tinywalnut1001@gmail.com)或Shopify訊息與您確認訂單,訂單自我們確認後生效。若商品無庫存或因其他原因無法提供,我們將通知您,並退還您已支付的任何款項。
3.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. If the package is lost, delayed, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you, we shall not be liable.
3.3 您同意在下單時提供準確、完整的收貨信息。若因您提供的收貨信息錯誤或不完整導致包裹丟失、延遲或無法送達,我們不承擔責任。

4. Payment Terms | 支付條款

4.1 You agree to pay the full amount of the order (including product price, shipping fee, and any applicable taxes) in accordance with the payment method specified on the Store. All payments shall be made in the currency specified on the checkout page.
4.1 您同意按照本店指定的支付方式,支付訂單的全額款項(包括商品價格、運費及任何適用稅費)。所有支付均需以結算頁面指定的貨幣進行。
4.2 We use secure payment gateways (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal) to process your payment information. We will not store your credit card or other sensitive payment information. You shall ensure that the payment method you use is valid and that you have the right to use it.

4.3 If your payment is rejected or fails for any reason (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card), we will notify you to re-submit the payment. If you fail to re-submit the payment within the specified time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

5. Intellectual Property Rights | 知識產權

5.1 All intellectual property rights (including trademarks, copyrights, patents, designs, and trade secrets) related to the Store, products, and our services (including but not limited to product images, logos, text, and software) belong to us or our authorized licensors. You shall not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any of these intellectual property rights without our prior written permission.

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities) arising from your use of our services or products, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damages.
