1. Shipping Scope | 配送範圍

We currently provide shipping services to most countries and regions around the world. You can enter your shipping address during the checkout process to check whether your region is covered by our shipping service. For some remote regions or regions with limited logistics, we may need to charge additional remote shipping fees, or temporarily suspend shipping services, and we will clearly prompt you during the checkout process.

2. Shipping Fees | 運費標準

Our shipping fees are calculated based on your shipping address, order weight and order amount. Specific shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page after you enter your shipping address. We will from time to time launch free shipping activities (e.g., free shipping for orders over a certain amount), and the specific activity rules will be announced on the store homepage or in the order notice.

3. Processing & Delivery Time | 訂單處理及配送時效

3.1 Order Processing Time | 訂單處理時間

After you place an order successfully, we will process your order within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing includes order verification, product quality inspection, packaging and other links. If your order contains pre-order products, the processing time will be extended according to the pre-order notice, and we will clearly mark the pre-order delivery time on the product details page.

3.2 Delivery Time | 配送時效

Delivery time refers to the time from the completion of order processing to the delivery of the package to you, excluding the order processing time. The specific delivery time varies according to the shipping region:
  • Domestic Shipping (e.g., US/CA/UK Mainland): 3-7 business days
  • International Shipping (other countries/regions): 7-15 business days (affected by customs clearance and local logistics, there may be a delay of 1-3 days, please understand)
配送時效指訂單處理完成後,包裹從發出到送達您手中的時間,不含訂單處理時間。具體配送時效因收貨地區不同而有所差異:
  • 本土配送(如:美國/加拿大/英國本土):3-7個工作日
  • 國際配送(其他國家/地區):7-15個工作日(受海關清關及當地物流影響,可能會有1-3天延遲,敬請諒解)

4. Order Tracking | 訂單追蹤

After your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes a tracking number and a tracking link. You can track the real-time logistics status of your package through the tracking link, or query it on the official website of the corresponding logistics company with the tracking number. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 4 business days after placing the order, please contact us in time.

5. Customs & Duties | 海關及稅費

For international orders, the package may be subject to customs inspection and customs duties in the destination country/region. All customs duties, taxes and other related fees are borne by the customer. Tiny Walnut does not bear any related fees. We will truthfully declare the product information and value when shipping, but the specific tax amount is determined by the customs of the destination country/region. If you have questions about customs duties, please consult the local customs department.
國際訂單的包裹可能會在目的地國家/地區經過海關查驗,並產生關稅。所有關稅、稅費及其他相關費用均由客戶承擔,Tiny Walnut 不承擔任何相關費用。我們發貨時會如實申報商品信息及價值,但具體稅費金額由目的地國家/地區海關決定,若您對關稅有疑問,請諮詢當地海關部門。

6. Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Packages | 包裹丟失、破損及錯發

If you find that the package is lost, damaged, or the received product is incorrect (wrong style, wrong size, missing items, etc.) after receiving the package, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the package, and provide relevant photos (package outer packaging, damaged products, order details, etc.) as proof. We will verify with the logistics company in time, and provide you with solutions such as reissue, refund or compensation according to the verification result.
若您收到包裹後,發現包裹丟失、破損,或收到的商品存在錯發(款式錯誤、尺寸錯誤、漏發等)情況,請在收到包裹後7天內聯繫我們,並提供相關照片(包裹外包裝、破損商品、訂單詳情等)作為憑證。我們將及時與物流公司核實,並根據核實結果為您提供補發、退款或賠償等解決方案。

7. Shipping Delay | 配送延遲

We will do our best to ensure that your order is delivered on time. However, shipping delays may occur due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, epidemics, logistics strikes), customs clearance delays, or peak logistics periods (such as holidays). If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us, and we will help you track the logistics progress and coordinate with the logistics company to solve the problem.
