1. Eligibility for Return | 可退貨條件

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
  • The return application is submitted within 14 calendar days after receiving the package (calculated from the date of signing for receipt).
  • The product is in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, packaging and accessories (such as buttons, labels, gift boxes) intact.
  • The product does not belong to non-returnable items (e.g., customized products, intimate clothing, special offers with clear non-returnable marks).
  • The return reason is in line with our regulations (e.g., size mismatch, style dissatisfaction, product quality problems).
申請退貨需符合以下條件,方可辦理:
  • 退貨申請需在收到包裹後14個日曆天內提交(以簽收日期為準計算)。
  • 商品需保持原狀,未穿著、未清洗、未損壞,所有原廠標籤、包裝及配件(如鈕扣、標識、禮盒等)完整無缺。
  • 商品不屬於不可退貨範圍(如:定製商品、貼身衣物、明確標註不可退貨的特價商品)。
  • 退貨原因符合我們的規定(如:尺寸不合、款式不滿意、商品質量問題等)。

2. Return Application Process | 退貨申請流程

Please follow the steps below to apply for a return:
  1. Contact our customer service through email or Shopify message, provide your order number, product photos, and detailed return reason, and apply for a return authorization (RA number).
  2. After receiving the return authorization, please pack the product properly (it is recommended to use the original packaging) and attach the return authorization form (provided by our customer service) to the package.
  3. Send the package back to the return address provided by our customer service, and keep the return tracking number for future query.
  4. We will inspect the returned product within 3-5 business days after receiving it. If the product meets the return conditions, we will process the refund or exchange as soon as possible.
請按照以下步驟申請退貨:
  1. 通過郵箱或Shopify訊息聯繫我們的客服,提供您的訂單編號、商品照片及詳細退貨原因,申請退貨授權碼(RA number)。
  2. 收到退貨授權後,請將商品妥善包裝(建議使用原包裝),並將退貨授權單(由客服提供)隨包裹一同寄回。
  3. 將包裹寄送至客服提供的退貨地址,並保留退貨追蹤號,以便日後查詢。
  4. 我們在收到退貨商品後,將在3-5個工作日內進行檢驗,若商品符合退貨條件,將儘快為您辦理退款或換貨。

3. Refund Rules | 退款規則

The refund will be processed according to the following rules after the returned product passes the inspection:
  • Refund method: The refund will be returned to the original payment channel (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.), and the refund time depends on the processing speed of the payment platform (usually 3-7 business days, please wait patiently).
  • Refund amount: We will refund the full amount of the product (excluding the original shipping fee). If the return is caused by our reasons (e.g., wrong delivery, product quality problems), we will bear the return shipping fee; if the return is caused by personal reasons (e.g., size mismatch, style dissatisfaction), the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
  • If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, we will not process the refund and will return the product to you, and the related shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
退貨商品經檢驗合格後,將按照以下規則辦理退款:
  • 退款方式:退款將原路退回至您的支付渠道(如:信用卡、PayPal等),退款到賬時間取決於支付平台的處理速度(通常為3-7個工作日,敬請耐心等待)。
  • 退款金額:我們將全額退還商品金額(不含原運費)。若因我們的原因導致退貨(如:錯發、商品質量問題),退貨運費由我們承擔;若因個人原因導致退貨(如:尺寸不合、款式不滿意),退貨運費由客戶自行承擔。
  • 若退貨商品不符合退貨條件,我們將不予辦理退款,並將商品寄回給您,相關運費由客戶承擔。

4. Exchange Rules | 換貨規則

If you need to exchange the product (e.g., size mismatch), please follow the return application process first, and note the desired size/style in the return application. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send the new product to you as soon as possible (subject to stock availability). If the desired size/style is out of stock, we will contact you to confirm whether to change to another style or process a refund.
若您需要換貨(如:尺寸不合),請先按照退貨申請流程操作,並在退貨申請中註明所需更換的尺寸/款式。我們收到並檢驗退貨商品後,將儘快為您發送新商品(需以庫存為準);若所需尺寸/款式無庫存,我們將聯繫您確認是否更換其他款式或辦理退款。


5. Non-Returnable Items | 不可退貨商品

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, please understand:
  • Customized products (made according to your special requirements).
  • Intimate clothing (e.g., underwear, socks) that has been unpacked or used.
  • Products with damaged tags, packaging, or accessories, or products that have been washed, worn, or damaged.
  • Special offer products clearly marked as "non-returnable" on the product details page.

  • 定製商品(根據您的特殊要求製作的商品)。
  • 已拆封或使用過的貼身衣物(如:內衣、襪子等)。
